Duke's Mayo

I have to steal this idea (and image) from a very good friend of mine! Duke's Mayo is the southern cook's secret ingredient. I was fairly cheap in my mayo choice, just grabbing Wal-mart's knock off for all my salads and such, until we were at Fort Bragg and a darling southern belle introduced me to Duke's Mayo. Even my hubby notices the difference when I am not able to use Duke's in my salads. Unfortunately, it is a southern thing, which means I had to ship it in to myself while living in KS. However, I was able to locate Duke's in the Food Lion here in the DC area. So i am happily making cold salads again with exceptional mayo.
