Guacamole

Super yummy variation on the traditional avocado dish.  I prefer to keep the fat out and simply allow the avocado to speak for itself.

You will need:
3 ripe avocado
half fresh onion
3 cloves garlic, or 1-2 Tsp minced garlic
2 good squirts lemon or lime juice
4-5 cherry tomatoes
Ms Dash
Greek Seasoning
Salt and Pepper

Directions
I toss this in the food processor, beginning with the onion.  That way I don't over blend that avocado.  I gut my avocado, toss that in for a few twirls, also adding the tomato.  The garlic and juice go next for a few spins, then the seasonings.  I blend it well then put in the fridge for the flavors to marry properly.  Yummy!!!
