FF: With a house ful :-)

Half-Past Kissin' Time
You will find more amusing and delightful frags over at Half Past Kissin Time!! Now on to the fragments!

Oh, and I will be around to visit sometime this weekend. My guests are still here so I will swing by when I can :-)

~~~
I haven't been blogging all week, but a few things happened this week that were note worthy. Not only that, but my father looked over at me and said "I better read about this on your blog Friday."
So what is a girl to do??
~~~

Heard around the house this week: (I am the italics)

Werr an booby?
What?
What did Noah just say?
Werr an booby and gabe-el?
Oh! Hey Beth, you got a new nickname!

(Picture a 2yr old telling a story in gibberish)
"slk oitb lkw[ car lwengnoip poaidsnfg;,
likp[a iohm hjsi[dpgfiojp[aiop[so kjpaks;
dog a;oijp[oijaio;jm
(pause for the 2yr old laughing)
Dat's funny! I funny mom!"

Hey! It's my turn to talk to grandpa!

Noah, you're being mean!
No I not, Mom, JJ called me mean!
Well, you are being mean sweetie.

Kay, did you see that house???
It was a shed with 2 lean to's and a camping trailer under each as built in additions.
Well, we call that Alaska-tastic.
~~~
I took my family on a wildlife viewing drive, though as soon as we hit Eagle River Rd and saw all the construction, I thought it was a lost cause. I was very pleasantly surprised when we pulled off the side of the road to take several pictures of this guy. Look at the fuzz on those antlers!!!
I was also going to share with you the video of our Resurrection Bay Tour and the humpback whales we saw fluke diving and showing off their flukes....but Blogger doesn't like the format :-( I will get that done soon, promise :-)
    1. It is, and I never get tired of it :-) We still get all excited to see the moose that wander through the yard. They are amazing!
  2. Oh I can't wait to see the flukes.
    They used to live down the street from us when I was a kid.
    Figures they would get into diving. I think they were born in the water.
    Mooscuse me I went off on a tangent. I think your booby fragment messed up my thinking.
    1. Hahahaha, you always make me laugh. I had to include that kiddo saying. My sister was not so happy with the nickname during her visit. He finally did get her name right :-)
